1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.amtriclabs.com (the "Site") or by submitting your contact information through any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or any services offered by Amtric Labs.

2. Our Services

Amtric Labs provides the following services:

• Electronics & Components — supply of electronic components, modules, microcontrollers, sensors, and assembled gadgets.
• 3D Printing Services — FDM and resin-based professional 3D printing with custom material and finish options.
• Custom Technology Solutions — end-to-end project design, prototyping, and implementation services.

Use of the Site and submission of enquiries are subject to these Terms.

3. SMS & RCS Messaging Service

Amtric Labs uses Fast2SMS (fast2sms.com), a TRAI-registered bulk SMS and RCS messaging platform, to send SMS and Rich Communication Services (RCS) messages to customers and enquirers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive such communications.

Messages are sent only to mobile numbers registered in India. By providing your mobile number on this Site, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to provide that number.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your mobile number through any form on this Site and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS and/or RCS messages from Amtric Labs. Your consent includes but is not limited to:

• One-time passwords (OTP) for identity verification.
• Transactional messages regarding your orders or enquiries.
• Promotional and marketing communications about our products and services.
• Follow-up messages in response to enquiries submitted through our contact form.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out at any time (see Section 6).

5. Types of Messages Sent

The following categories of messages may be sent to your registered mobile number:

• OTP / Verification Messages: Single-use codes for verifying your identity or confirming an action on the Site.
• Order & Service Updates: Notifications about the status of your orders, delivery timelines, and service milestones.
• Enquiry Follow-ups: Responses and updates related to enquiries submitted via our contact form.
• Promotional Messages: Information about new products, special offers, discounts, and events offered by Amtric Labs. Promotional messages are sent in accordance with TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR).

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. OTP messages are sent only on request; promotional messages are limited and sent with reasonable frequency.

6. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS/RCS messages from Amtric Labs at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Reply STOP to any promotional SMS received from us to unsubscribe immediately.
• Email request: Send an opt-out request to hello@amtriclabs.com with your registered mobile number.
• DND Registration: Register your number on India's National Do Not Disturb (DND) registry via your telecom operator to block promotional messages from all senders.

After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional or marketing messages. Transactional and OTP messages necessary for the completion of a requested service (such as an OTP for a transaction you initiated) may still be sent.

Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

When you submit a contact form or register on this Site, we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number (where provided)
• Details of your enquiry or service requirement

This information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiries and providing requested services.
• Sending the categories of messages described in Section 5.
• Improving our services and customer communication.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party except as necessary to deliver our messaging services (see Section 8) or as required by applicable law.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Amtric Labs uses Fast2SMS (fast2sms.com) as its SMS and RCS messaging gateway. By consenting to receive messages, you acknowledge that your mobile number and message delivery data will be processed by Fast2SMS in accordance with their own privacy policy and TRAI regulations.

Fast2SMS is a TRAI-registered telemarketer operating under India's TCCCPR framework. All promotional messages are sent through registered headers and message templates as required by TRAI.

Amtric Labs is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by Fast2SMS, your telecom operator, or network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amtric Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any failure to deliver SMS/RCS messages due to network issues, carrier restrictions, or incorrect number provided by the user.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided via SMS/RCS messages.
• Any unauthorized access to your mobile device resulting in interception of OTP or other messages.

Amtric Labs makes no warranty that the Site or messaging services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Changes to These Terms

Amtric Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or continued receipt of messages after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
